Features may evolve as part of service updates.

The site is available 24/7 except during:

• Maintenance
• Technical incidents
• Force majeure

The publisher cannot be held responsible for temporary downtime.

Access to premium features requires creating an account.

The user agrees to provide accurate information and keep credentials secure.

All activity performed under the user account is considered the user's responsibility.

The user agrees not to:

Prices are stated in Euros (EUR) and include all applicable taxes. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By completing a purchase, the user agrees to the plan terms displayed at the time of payment.

The publisher reserves the right to modify pricing at any time. Existing subscriptions remain valid at their original purchase price until expiration.

Users may delete their account anytime through the dashboard or by emailing: support@facilecv.ai

Deletion triggers removal of personal data following the Privacy Policy.

FacileCV.ai cannot be held liable for:

• Any use of generated documents
• Lack of hiring outcomes
• Data loss from external events
• Maintenance-related service interruptions
