We are building the CV tool we wish we had.

A CV is read twice: first by software that filters it, then by a person who makes a decision. They are not looking for the same things, and most tools address only one of them. FacileCV starts there.

Our approach

Four principles. One product.

One-time payment or nothing.

You look for a job for a few weeks, not all year. Paying monthly for that makes no sense. We would rather you come back when you need us.

AI that makes nothing up.

AI rephrases and highlights the results you actually provide. It adds no skills, experience or figures. When your background does not cover a requirement in the job posting, it remains flagged as missing.

Your data remains yours.

Your CV is never used to train models. Hosted in France and GDPR compliant. Delete everything whenever you want.

French first, fluent English.

CV conventions vary by country: length, photo, wording and date formats. We respect both sets of conventions instead of translating word for word.

Our limits

What we do not promise.

An honest CV tool should say where its power ends.

A score is not an interview: The ATS score measures how readable your document is, not how well you fit the role. It is not a hiring guarantee.
Compatibility is not a free pass: The templates remain readable by Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, Taleo and iCIMS. That does not determine the recruiter’s decision.
We do not fill in the gaps: A skill missing from your background remains flagged as missing. We do not add it for you.
