We build the
CV tool we wish we had.
Three job seekers, one afternoon in a Paris café, staring at a blinking cursor in Word. That's where FacileCV started.
From café to launch
in 11 months.
In May 2025, three of us — a UI designer, an ML engineer and an HR recruiter — met in the 11th arrondissement to complain about the same problem: rewriting CVs for every application took hours, and half the time the ATS filtered us out before any human read a single line. We were looking for a tool that genuinely understood how recruiters and automated screening systems work.
We built a prototype that same weekend, combining the latest language models with real knowledge of ATS behaviour. A friend tried it on the Monday, landed an interview at a company where she had heard nothing in a direct application, and told us we had to launch it. We spent three weeks deciding if it was a good idea. We said yes.
We launched FacileCV in March 2026. Since then, thousands of CVs have gone through the tool — engineers, designers, accountants, nurses, career changers. Feedback has sharpened every feature: the ATS analysis, the content generation, the templates, the cover letter. Something improves every week.
We're still a small team, still in Paris, still building what we wanted to see exist. No investors pushing us to inflate prices or sell user data. Just a product we use ourselves.
If you have a suggestion, a bug report, or just want to tell us how your interview went — write to us. We read every message.
Four principles.
One product.
One-time payment or nothing.
You shouldn't pay a monthly fee for a tool you use during a short job hunt. We'd rather you come back when you need us.
Ship honest AI.
We tell you when AI makes things worse. We surface real gaps, not vanity metrics. We'd rather you trust the tool than love the tool.
Your data stays yours.
Your CV is never used to train models. Ever. EU servers, full GDPR. Delete everything with one click.
French-first, English-fluent.
CV norms differ by country. We respect both — photo or no photo, page length, salutations, date formats.
