How is each organization’s data separated?
Each organization has an isolated workspace. No candidate or administrator can see another organization’s data.
Who creates candidate accounts?
You do. From your workspace, you create access for each candidate and assign a role. Candidates then create their own CVs.
Can we use our own domain?
Yes. White label covers your logo on CVs, your interface colors and a custom domain for public links.
How does technical integration work?
There are three options depending on your needs: REST API, iframe integration in your existing tool, or SSO. CSV exports are available from every view.
How much does it cost?
Pricing is quoted based on annual CV volume and number of users. A 30-minute call is enough to scope it.
Where is the data hosted?
Hosted in France and GDPR compliant. A DPA is available on request.
